Yeah, the NiceGuyTM is an ego thing. I was one too. It took effort and dedication and drive and persistence and self identification and high moral and all the koolaid. It was the right thing to do and to be. It just never worked. Girls would see the worst on me. Ah, let’s summarize that:
– If a girl is not attracted she’ll see the bad in you no matter how good you are.
– If a girl is attracted she’ll see the good in you no matter how bad you are.
– A lot of the time the girl will be attracted to the bad side itself. Bad is dangerous and exciting and stimulating and girls do like drama and tears. Just look at the stuff they consume.

I can’t link it because I don’t remember where I read it but, there was a story about a nice guy trying to negotiate himself out of the friend zone and the gal said:
“I don’t f*ck friends. I only f*ck hawt guys.”
